There was only one photo of the dress on the site, and so I sent a message, using the Contact Us page provided on the site, to request a photo of the back of the dress. I received a photo of the back of the dress within an hour! I was very impressed and instantly felt comfortable to order from the website. When I was ready to place my order, I made contact again, using the Contact Us page, to inquire about timing of delivery, to ensure my niece would receive her dress in time for prom. I was given a guaranteed delivery of before 21st June, which I was toldto note in the comments section of my order. It was easy to place my order and input the custom measurements my niece provided me with, for her very slim frame.A few days after placing my order, I checked in to the website and saw that my order was ready for shipping. It was simple and clear to track the status of my order process and shipping. The availability of PayPal as a payment method, was a big plus for me. My package arrived at my address two days before 21st June, as promised! This give my niece enough time for a fitting, to make sure her accessories were a good match and to make any adjustments to the dress, that might have been necessary. However, no adjustments were necessary, as her dress was a perfect fit; Indeed made just for her! In my personal opinion, she looked like a Beautiful Barbie Doll.
